There’s something so captivating about a sea turtle shell. I find them totally mesmerizing. The organic firework pattern full of rich, multi-faceted browns is not only beautiful, but felt like the perfect image to try my hand at my first reduction linoprint. This intensive process involves destroying the linoleum block layer by layer as you go, which means every single print is not only unique, but can never be replicated again. It’s a difficult process, but the results are so worth it.

This run of Mydas prints includes only 12 total prints. Each print is on 8.5 × 11in heavy duty cardstock and comes in an eco-friendly clear bag with cardboard backing.
