Seal Serenity

Seal Serenity

$25.00

A serene print of a harbor seal eating a herring like corn on the cob. This is based off an image of a former patient at The Marine Mammal Center, Pacific Harbor Seal “Channels”. Channels came from the Santa Barbara area and is named after the Channel Islands, in solidarity with our National Parks. Channels took a little while to figure out how to eat herring but once she got the hang of it, there was no stopping her! While she should have been swallowing her fish whole, she occasionally preferred to grip each one with her claws and eat like a savage. A true icon.

Seal Serenity prints are on 100% cotton rag paper and are hand carved, printed, and signed by yours truly. Each print is 5.5 × 7 in and comes in an eco-friendly clearbag with cardboard backing.
